(1) Using the same aging system at 520°C × 8h, air cooling, when the alloy solid solution temperature is between 760°C and 770°C, with the solid solution temperature increasing , the tensile strength of the Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al Alloy Yield strength and yield strength increased significantly, and the elongation and area reduction decreased.
The primary α phase in the tissue becomes smaller and its content decreases.
(2) Using the same 765 °C × 2 h solid solution system, water cooling, when the alloy aging temperature is between 520 °C and 525 °C, with the aging temperature increasing, the tensile strength and yield strength decreased significantly, elongation and shrinkage area increased.
(3) In this temperature range, the effect of aging temperature on alloy properties is greater than that of solid solution temperature.
